If TideGlass isn't for you, write to support@tideglass.app within fourteen days of buying, from the email you bought with, and we'll refund the purchase in full. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings. Your licence key stops working once the refund goes through, and the ten free worlds keep running forever either way.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with and usually appear within five to ten business days, which is the card network's pace rather than ours.
